Get ready for an exciting culinary adventure during the school holidays! Our expert Guides will lead kids and adults on a leisurely 4km return walk to a picturesque Bibb Track campsite.

Amidst the beauty of the bush, we’ll set up our Bibb Track kitchen, where kids will dive into the world of camp cooking through a hands-on experience.

Lawnbrook Lawn Sessions

Spring is here, and so are the Lawnbrook Lawn Sessions!

Join us on Saturday, 3 October from 4:00pm - 8:00pm for a relaxing afternoon and evening in the beautiful Perth Hills. Bring a picnic blanket, gather your family and friends, and enjoy live music while sipping on our award-winning wines and craft gin.

Treat yourself to one of our Cheese & Wine Package Deals, delicious food, lawn games and plenty of outdoor seating. Our restaurant will be open as usual from 11:00am – 4:00pm, with the Lawn Session kicking off from 4:00pm.

Free entry – no tickets required.

Arboria Chamber Music Festival

The Arboria Chamber Music Festival (Arboria means 'of the trees') is a two-day boutique chamber music festival presenting classical music, opera, folk music and community workshops within the City of Kalamunda (the events official funding partner). Led by award winning composer and Hills resident, Emma Jaykumar, Arboria has something special for everyone, including whimsical music drama for children.

Kalamunda Open Studios Weekend

An event which is held in Spring and  Autumn in the City of Kalamunda.  Professional artists open their studios to the public for conversation, information and art sales. Kalamunda has a very large and diverse population of artists who enjoy the lifestyle and find inspiration for their work in this creative community.

Spring in the Hills Photography Exhibition

Since 2009, the GEM Camera Club has proudly hosted this competition giving amatuer photographers across WA the chance to showcase their work with the top 150 images selected for exhibition. Wth the largest pool of any amateur photographic  competition in WA, the event continues to flourish, its a must see!

Bickley Valley Hiking Experience. Level 3

Take a step back in time as we guide you on a 7km hike along the historical Victoria Reservoir Walk Trail in Korung National Park.

As we experience the magic of this stunning trail, we’ll admire the beautiful wandoo and she-oak forests that compliment the granite outcrops and enjoy the views from different vantage points along the way. We’ll admire the amazing valley views, giant granite boulders, open vistas and city skyline views as we make our way along this history rich Perth hiking trail.

Discover the Bibbulmum - Kalamunda to Mundaring Hiking Experience

The Kalamunda to Mundaring Weir section of the Bibbulmun Track features steep rocky terrain, flowing waters, granite boulders, picturesque views over the Mundaring Weir and Lake CY O’Connor plus amazing valley views all combined in 18.5kms of hiking gold!

Kicking off at the Bibbulmun Track Northern Terminus (Kalamunda), we will travel through the former golf course that is now known as Jorgensen Park and into Kalamunda National Park. Following the creek line of Piesse Brook downwards we will admire spectacular valley views before we start heading up hill past granite outcrops and boulders and through lush mixed Jarrah forest.

Where Art Meets the Cosmos

Opening of Perth Sky Sculpture Park Perth Sky Sculpture Park is a new cultural tourism destination coming to the Perth Observatory in the Perth Hills.

It is where contemporary sculpture meets native forests, star-filled skies and community imagination.

Opening in 31 October 2026, in the Bickley Valley, we are an independent, community-led initiative that invites audiences to experience art beyond the gallery walls into the landscape amongst native bushland and heritage Observatory domes.
